Chef English’s unique interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine, his famous showmanship with food and his restaurants and concepts have impressed diners in New York, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, The Bahamas, Kuwait and Manila.

Marking his first venture in the UAE. Situated within Venetian Village on the grounds of the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, Olives will offer house-made pastas, steaks, rotisserie dishes and brick oven pizzas in its signature charming, timeless atmosphere, promising a memorable dining experience for all. 

The restaurant setting is also quite remarkable. Featuring a maze like interior with several areas, each with a distinct vibe – from sophisticated and luxe to casual – the moods and experiences offered at Todd English’s Olives are remarkably eclectic.
