Located at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel this new stylish venue is a must visit spot for excellent food and drinks and Latin lounge music. Along with special delights and signature cocktails one can enjoy the inimitable views on a Creek from the deck of Puesta del Sol that in translation from Spanish means Sunset.

Sharing food, drink and companionship mark the concept of Puesta del Sol. The variety of shared tapas includes Guacamole and tortillas, Ceviche Acapulco Style in glass jar and Mixed Cold Platters consisting of marinated artichokes, jumbo olives and toasted Chiabatta. While the Sun is going down the culinary journey is heating up with the wide assortment of hot dishes available in menu. Spanish style pizza, Chopitos and Shrimps drenched in tomato sauce with cilantro & lime are only a prelude to the range of Pan Latin seafood dishes. To end the evening on a sweet note guests are offered Churros and Crema Catalana - a signature Spanish custard crème dessert
