When she is not whipping up mouth-watering cakes, Chef Michaela is busy brewing the most delectable afternoon tea at the Crystal Lounge.

Manuka Honey is native to New Zealand and has host of health properties including improvement of digestive system. Inspired by the honey’s healing powers, Chef Michaela has prepared the afternoon tea for a healthy boost alongside a savoury selection of sandwiches with exquisite flavours such as veal tonné, salmon, and truffle.

The honey inspired afternoon tea also includes a rich collection of pastries such as heart-shaped honey macaroons; raspberry and strawberry honey mousse; strawberry and honey éclairs; almond honey tarts and divinely sweet honey cakes.

Tea with my Honey by Chef Michaela is available daily from 2PM until 6PM and is priced at AED 195 per person.

For AED 240, guests can enjoy the scrumptious tea with a glass of bubbly.
