Coming all the way from the Michelin-starred Shang Palace at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Chef Liu Wai-Yeung will take over the capital’s Shang Palace for a three-day pop-up event and elevate the restaurant’s Cantonese cuisine with an exclusive set menu from 21 to 23 November 2019.
Joining hands with the Chinese chefs at Shang Palace in Abu Dhabi, the team has prepared an exclusive set menu to celebrate Cantonese cuisine. The eight-course dinner set menu includes Cantonese favourites, such as Deep-Fried Stuffed Crab Shell, Wok-Fried Cod Fillet with Red Bean Curd Sauce and Sautéed Wagyu Beef diced with Asparagus and Mushroom.
