Pioneers of Japanese food in Spain, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant opened its doors outside of Spain for the first time in Abu Dhabi in 2017 at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island. The custom-made dining concept adds a touch of avant-garde cooking to classic Japanese dishes resulting in a menu replete with innovative creations. The fine-dining restaurant serves Michelin-star awarded haute cuisine for lunch and dinner, featuring a wide selection of signature dishes that use high-end, premium quality ingredients imported from around the world for the homemade flavors that remains a trade secret with the chefs.

The multiple award-winning restaurant is equally attractive to the business crowd and those with discerning palates as it does to the fun-lowing crowd and couples. A second branch of the popular 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant in the UAE is set to open in Dubai in the first quarter of 2020.
