Luxury Indulgence Of Tastes Dinner @ Catch at St. Regis //

Chef Remon Nabil Hana at Catch at St. Regis is treating food connoisseurs to a new lavish monthly dinner inspired by the luxurious flavours of champagne and caviar.

Available once a month for 30 guests only, each delectable five-course feast is filled with delightful twists and surprises. Starring four different types of refreshing French champagnes, including the smooth and aromatic Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and fruity and bright Moët & Chandon Rosé, each refreshing bubbly is paired with the indulgent and complementing tastes of caviar. For the inaugural event, diners are invited to savour a series of extraordinarily artistic dishes that fuse fresh seafood with elegant international influences.

The distinguished set menu includes ‘A feeling of déjà vu' featuring premium ingredients such as carabineros, snow crab, Granny Smith jelly and Kristal caviar, ‘Nostalagia’ including crustacean ravioli, galangal lemon grass bisque and shaved dry pressed caviar and the beautiful The Pearl’ dessert, fusing the fruity and enrapturing components of tapioca pearl, passion emulsion, coconut yuzu ice cream and pink pomelo caviar.

Taking place on the last Thursday of every month, the first Luxury Indulgence of Taste dinner is available to enjoy on February 25 from 7pm to 12am.

The experience is priced AED 550 per person including soft drinks and AED 850 including champagne.
