Catch at St Regis, the picturesque restaurant located just steps from the golden sands of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, is hosting a lavish Valentine’s Day experience that’s designed to honour the magic of love.

Spanning four romantic courses of amorous, Valentine’s Day themed specialties, the tantalising set menu is intended to make every couple fall in love with the art of fine dining. Showcasing the sumptuous tastes of the beautiful venue’s fresh seafood recipes and stunning, artistically presented dishes, it promises to be a blissful evening filled with treasured memories. The relaxing experience is then further elevated with enthralling tunes and duets from a talented live saxophonist and singer.

Starting the evening in glamorous style, couples are invited to bond over the ‘Exquisite Love From The Ocean’ Valentine’s sushi platter, featuring coconut prawn rolls, blow-torch dynamite maki rolls, hamachi nigiri and salmon aburi with caviar. This lavish array is followed by delicious jumbo crab and grilled Spanish octopus in the ‘Unwrapping A Gift of Life’ themed course, before diners are kindly requested to choose between Patagonian toothfish or Wagyu tenderloin for the decadent main course, titled ‘Exploring a Taste of Love’.

Finally, the amorous evening is a drawn to a sweet conclusion with the harmonious ‘A Symphony Under the Stars’ dessert, starring a gorgeous San Valentin macaroon with red cherry, raspberry and chocolate, and traditional Japanese mochi.

Providing a sophisticated and stunning venue for couples to pay tribute to one another and uplift their special day, the four-course set menu is priced AED 1,000 per couple, or AED 1,300 including a bottle of premium bubbly. 

The ‘A Luxury Evening to Remember’ experience is available to enjoy on Monday, February 14 from 8pm to 11pm.
