Born in Swansea, UK, Darryl won runner-up (against 250 DJs) in the 2012 Pioneer Middle East DJ competition and is currently resident DJ at McGettigan's Abu Dhabi, Stars 'N' Bars, and performs for The Electric Run and Holi Festival Of Colours events, which attracts thousands of people across the world. As well as his residencies in Abu Dhabi he also showcases his skills at a number of pool parties across the city and runs his own "Sunbeatz" mega yacht parties on a regular basis .

Before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2012, Darryl DJ'd at bars and clubs across South Wales, UK, starting his career at a small nightclub in Porthcawl, before being offered a 5 night a residency at Peppermint Swansea and Cardiff, the top bars in South Wales. In 2011 Darryl stepped up into the video DJing scene, to create an entire visual experience by mixing and playing music videos across the venues and is currently the very few DJ's to do this in the UAE. When Darryl wasn't playing to a dance floor he was doing what he does best on Swansea's Xtreme radio hosting his own show every week.

With an extensive music library, Darryl is a versatile DJ who caters to all nationalities and age groups via interchanging genres, with his main passion being anything House music. Darryl's great energy behind the decks and his keen interest in quality music keeps the music fresh and the dance floor full at all times, taking the crowd on a roller coaster ride through the music he loves.
